Bernie of RGC helped overcome a tricky situation of porting a landline number over to a VoIP system, enabling a simple telephony system to be implemented whilst taking full advantage of the wonders of Wi-Fi technology. I am doing a major review of telephony needs and have been supported to do this and understand what to do, what options we have and how things can be done at every step by the RGC team. Also I have to say, if there is anything happening that might be related to a telephony fault, RGC are on it immediately to check it out and it inevitably turns out not to be. When we need any changes to our telephony they are quick and get it done to meet, often tight deadlines for us. I think the support we get both up front to look at cost reduction and also support for emergencies and change needs seem to be able to happen seamlessly, unlike my experience with other telephony companies in other areas of my life. I think the "big boys" could learn about customer service from the RGC team shame they don't.
